About the NIPSCO Energy Efficiency Program

NIPSCO’s Energy Efficiency Programs for Business Customers offer cash incentives and technical assistance to commercial and industrial NIPSCO customers for implementing energy efficiency improvements in their facilities. The incentives help offset the cost of installing energy efficiency measures, improve operations, reduce maintenance costs, and reduce energy usage for years to come.

Cash incentives for purchasing and installing high-efficiency equipment include:

  • Lighting fixtures and controls

  • Unitary HVAC and chillers
  • Boilers and controls
  • Commercial cooking equipment
  • Refrigeration

  • Motor controls/VFDs

  • Compressed air systems

  • Agricultural equipment

NIPSCO’s energy efficiency programs are administered by TRC, a third-party implementation specialist that helps homes and businesses save energy.
